Fragrance is also subjective. Scent descriptions and fragrance notes are provided to help you understand the general character of a product, but individual scent perception may vary.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time and to limit quantities available for purchase.

3. Product Safety and Use

Our candles, wax melts, and other scented products must be used according to the safety and care instructions provided with the product or on our website.

Candles should never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials, and other potential hazards.

Wax melts are intended for use only in appropriate wax warmers designed for melting scented wax. Wax melts should not be burned directly, consumed, or used for any purpose other than their intended use.

By purchasing and using our products, you accept responsibility for following all applicable safety instructions and using the products as intended.

Bird Brain Candle Co. is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, improper storage, failure to follow safety instructions, use with unsuitable equipment, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect pricing or product information, involve quantities that we reasonably believe are intended for unauthorized resale, or cannot be fulfilled due to inventory or other circumstances.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, and other information on our website are accurate. Occasionally, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to cancel or modify an affected order when permitted by law. If you have already been charged for an order that we cannot fulfill due to an error, we will issue an appropriate refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. If you experience a problem with your shipment, please contact us at info@birdbraincandles.com and we will do our best to help.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

In general, opened or used candles, wax melts, and other scented products are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes
