We process orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate at checkout.

We ship within the contiguous United States only at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on opened or used candles. We try to describe each one as accurately as we can, but if you’re unsatisfied with your unused candle, please let us know at info@birdbraincandles.com.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Reach out to us at info@birdbraincandles.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll do what we can to help!

A Few Other Things

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If something goes wrong in transit, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
